MAJOR LUTIE's PLM03 All-In-One Power Cage is a powerful piece of equipment that combines a weight cage, squat rack, and Cable Crossover Machine. This allows for a total body workout without the need to switch between different exercise stations. The weight cage has a maximum weight capacity of up to 1400lbs and comes with 230lbs of rubber weight plates and an Olympic barbell.

Constructed from 50 X 70mm commercial steel square frame with a 2mm thickness, the Power Cage is of excellent quality. Weighing 255lbs with 16 reinforcing tabs, it offers increased stability during training. The cage size is 66.9"L×63"W×84.3"H, with a max user weight of 400 lbs. The max capacity on the Safety bar is 700lbs, on the cable 300lbs, on the dip bar 350 lbs, and on the pull-ups bar 400 lbs.

The Cable Crossover Machine features nylon-coated high-quality cables, with a weight to pull ratio close to 1:2. It has 15 height-adjustable holes for specific training and band pegs on both sides to provide effective resistance training during exercises like squats or bench presses. The weight plate bracket fits 2" Olympic or 1" standard weight plates.

The package includes a range of attachments such as Cable Bar, Pin/Pipe Safety Set, J-Hooks, Landmine, Dip Bars, T bar, LAT Bar attachment, Band Pegs, and an extra standard barbell holder.
