Sportsroyals power cage is built with gym quality, constructed of 13 gauge rolled Steel Force tubing (40 X 80mm commercial steel) with a thickness of 2mm. It weighs 273lbs and has 14 reinforcing tabs that ensure stability and safety during training. The weight capacity is up to 1600lbs, with a max user weight of 440lbs and max capacities on various accessories.

The power cage features an all-in-one cable crossover system, equipped with a cable crossover system and 20 height position adjustable dual pulley. This allows for a variety of exercises, including Wide & Narrow LAT Pull-down, Landmine Movements, Seated cable row, Bench press, Squat, Dead-lifts, Bicep Curl, Triceps Extensions, Pull-ups, Chin-ups, Dips, and more. It provides a full-body workout with one machine, eliminating the need to switch between different exercise stations.

All the necessary accessories come with the Sportsroyals home gym power cage, including lat pull down bar, cable bar, multi-position cable handle, J-Hook, safety bar, wide/narrow dip bar, 360° landmine, foot board, battle rope ring, band peg, 1"&2" barbell clamps, and weight plate bracket. The weight plate bracket fits both 2" Olympic or 1" standard weight plates.

Installation is super easy with detailed instruction manual and installation videos available. It is recommended to have 2-3 people for the installation. The cage size is 61.9"L×67.9"W×83.6"H, making it suitable for use by multiple family members at the same time.
